I called today for a simple question regarding my account and was switched over to a different plan without me knowing about it at that moment know they don’t want to reimburse me for their mistake and now I’m being charged for it. Sprint has better customer service than Verizon. Very disappointed at Verizon Wireless.

  2. I was helped today by a Sales Rep named Andrew Turner in High Point NC. I’ve been a verizon customer for at least 12 years and I’ve never had a more pleasant experience than with this young man. I was switching from Samsung to Iphone and he was so helpful and pleasant. It was really refreshing to experience GREAT customer service where in today’s times is normally hard to find. It was very patience and informative and took the time to answer all my questions. Awesome employee!
